Meet The Owner
Expect More Home Inspections is owned and operated by Lloyd Blankenship, former co-owner of Green 1st Home Inspections. Lloyd has over 15 years’ experience in pest control, exterminating and home inspections professions. Lloyd is a Goodview, Virginia native and Navy Veteran. His daughter Callie is a student at William Byrd High School.
After leaving the Navy, Lloyd began his career as a Pest Control Specialist and was quickly promoted to Management and served the Roanoke Valley for over 15 years.
Lloyd also has experience in Home Energy Audits and completed over 850 audits for Appalachian Power’s Home Performance Program.
Providing outstanding customer service is important to Lloyd and ensuring that his clients receive all necessary information to make a sound decision before purchasing a home is something Lloyd takes great pride in. He believes in going above and beyond expectations to empower clients with the knowledge they need to plan, negotiate and protect their home.
Proudly serving the Greater Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas call us for Radon Testing and Home Inspections. We offer Morning and afternoon inspection times and provide same day home inspection reports.
