Home Inspections

A comprehensive home inspection will provide you with the necessary information to make the best decision on your home purchase.
Sewer Scope
The purpose of a sewer scope is to assess the condition of the property’s sewer line and to determine if the system is functioning properly. We can check for blockages, pipe cracks, roots and backups from the home to the connection at the road.
Water Testing
We provide water sample testing to meet bank requirements and to provide our home buyers with knowledge about their drinking water. We can test for bacteria, nitrates, nitrites and lead.
Radon Testing
Testing for Radon is the only way to know if you and your family are at risk. Radon levels cannot be predicted based upon state, local or neighborhood measurements. When purchasing a home you should know what the indoor radon level is prior to moving in. Reducing radon levels can be done effectively, inexpensively and easily.
WDI
As a Qualified WDI inspector we will assess the interior and exterior of your home to include the basement and/or crawl space to determine the presence or absence of wood destroying insects that could significantly destroy the structural integrity of your home.
Septic Inspections
Septic systems should be inspected every year and pumped every 5 years. We perform a septic inspection using septic dye to check for failure in the septic system.
